At Tipi Bookshop, we want you to love every story you discover; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your books in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the books in their original packaging or a sturdy equivalent to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the books reach our shelves.
